Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a great stay at the hotel; the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with plenty of electricity outlets, perfect even for 3 people. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially considering our language barrier. The location was excellent, close to the metro station 'Alsacia' and a shopping area. The dining options were enjoyable, with a nice variety of hot and cold food. However, there were some noisy guests in the room next to mine, which was a bit disturbing at times.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were very quiet during the day, although the fridge didn't work, and it got a bit noisy after 6 pm, which was not ideal for us. The service was helpful, especially with travel arrangements, despite some language barriers. The location was very good, close to a mall and a metro station, but sometimes overcrowded with tourists who didn't respect queues. The dining options were quite nice with a variety of choices but lacked enough seating at times.
This hotel was a great find! The rooms were spacious with a large TV and comfortable bed, very roomy, clean, and boasted a magnificent view. The service was kind and responsive, with a good breakfast, but could have been a bit more friendly and attentive during buffet service. The location was excellent, near a shopping mall and the metro, with free street parking and minimal noise. The dining experience was really good, with a nice variety of food options. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money!
The hotel offers clean, comfy rooms with friendly staff. The dining experience has limited options but the location is great, near the metro station Alsacia. Good overall value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Alsacia metro station, making it easy to explore central Madrid, but it's a bit far from the city center. The rooms are clean, spacious, and warm, although one may need to wait a bit for a table. The service is helpful and kind, especially accommodating late-night arrivals, though a bit more friendliness could enhance the experience. The dining offers a good selection of breads, cold cuts, and cereal at a fair price.
